Start/Finish Line
The race will start and finish at the corner of Dixie and Spring.
Aid Stations
- There will be a water station at the corner of Willow and 12th. The station will be placed so that the 10K runners have access to it before turning left on 12th and on their second pass of this intersection.
- There will also be water, sports drink and runner friendly snacks at the start/finish line area before and after the race.
Awards
Commemorative Averitt Fun Run awards will be presented for first, second and third place for the male and female winners in the following age divisions:
- 8 – 12 years old
- 13 – 18 years old
- 19 – 29 years old
- 30 – 39 years old
- 40 – 49 years old
- 50 – 59 years old
- 60 – 99 years old (Masters)

From I-40, take exit #287 (Cookeville/Sparta). Turn north on Jefferson Street and proceed approximately 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown Cookeville.
